DIRECTIONS:  Add the Bath Salt Soak to your bath, spa, or foot soak.

DIRECTIONS:  After showering/bathing, use the body oil's roll-on to apply the body oil onto your skin. Use your fingers to massage and moisturize the oil thoroughly into your skin.
